GWSCA's library will serve as a central repository of an extensive collection of information and tools comprised of research, whitepapers and presentations prepared by recognized experts in the field of warranty and service contract management, including works composed exclusively for GWSCA and its members.

Training

GWSCA is currently developing training courses on many fields in warranty and service contract management such as:

• Customer Satisfaction and Dealer Interaction

• Claim Processing

• Analytics: Theory and Application

• Supplier Cost Recovery

• Financial Analysis

• Assessment and Implementation of Change

• Service Contracts

 

 These courses will be offered beginning in 2013.

Members of GWSCA will be able to create and exchange ideas in our lively online forum community as well as other social media sites such as LinkedIn.

Partnerships and the Future

GWSCA will facilitate both the continued growth and strengthening of the warranty community by matching companies and individuals with solutions and resources including internship and mentoring opportunities.

Analytics

The Warranty Capabilities Maturity Model developed by IDC will serve as the cornerstone instrument used by the GWSCA to measure a manufacturer’s maturity and sophistication as it relates to their product life-cycle strategies, processes and results.

Advocacy

GWSCA will provide a unified voice for warranty professionals across all industries.
